The School of Education, Jigyasa University, successfully hosted a Faculty Training Workshop on Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) on 24th May 2025, in collaboration with the Siddhanta Knowledge Foundation and supported by the IKS Division, Ministry of Education.
The day began with a ceremonial lamp lighting and a Green Welcome, honoring our guests with saplings — symbols of growth and sustainability rooted in Indian tradition.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Shankar Ramamoorthy shared insightful perspectives on the interdisciplinary value of IKS, especially in STEM fields.

- Design of IKS – Dr. Kushagra (Amity University)
- Nitisastra & Arthashastra – Dr. Ankur Sharma (Graphic Era Hill University)
- Panchakosha, Prakriti & Purusa (Sankhya Darsana) – Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Joshi ( Jigyasa University)
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Prof. (Dr.) Manish Sharma Director IQAC.
This workshop reaffirmed Jigyasa University’s dedication to integrating India’s intellectual heritage into modern education.
