This center aims to align with Sustainable Development Goal 3, which focuses on good health and well-being. By emphasizing research, training, education, and practical applications, the Centre seeks to enhance the quality of life for individuals and communities. This pioneering effort not only fosters a deeper understanding of happiness and mental health but also provides tools and resources to implement well-being practices, ultimately benefiting both students and the wider society.
